【Important Notices】Shop Closures and Shortening of Business Hours & Reservations Related to Narita and Haneda Airport (May. 06, 2020)

For the safety, security and comfort of our valued customers, after every rental, we clean our vehicles (both internally and externally) and operate a vehicle inspection.
Due to the spread of COVID-19, we have been enhancing our cleaning measures by sanitizing our vehicles with focus around the driver’s seat, start button, steering wheel, dashboard, door handles and lever.
At our rental locations, for the safety of our employees and customers, employees will be wearing a facemask, the number of people within the shop will be limited by having only the driver enter and certain shops will be taking the temperature of customers.
We ask that customers who are not feeling well, have a fever or trouble breathing, refrain from renting a car.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

【Important Notices】About class organization and prices renewal at TOYOTA Rent a Car (Apr. 01, 2020)
We renewed prices and class organization of our rent-a-car service on April 1, 2020.
Conventionally, as the demand for not only “ownership” but also for “use” grew, we have been working hard on mobility service meeting our customer’s needs, such as rent-a-car and car sharing service, along with lend-lease shops, all over the country.
In this service renewal, our objective is to make it easier to choose a car when making the reservation, we will reorganize car classes from 9 to 5 classes, to simplify the classification and pricing system.
Also, since the number of cars available for 1 category will be increased, it will contribute to lower refusal when making a reservation.
From now on, we will provide a Toyota unique and rich line up, more than 120,000 of the best cars of the industry, based in 1200 shops all over the country, for a “safe, relieving, comfortable, handy, and fast” mobility service to our customers.

TOYOTA Rent a Car Reservation Site Renewal Notice (Dec. 10, 2019)
Our reservation site has been fully renewed with smartphone support service, and reservations can now be made by specifying the car model.
We are striving to improve our service to make it easier to use for our customers.
