Pick-up Information

For customers using domestic flights
For customers using Arrival Gates 1–3 (ANA side): Leave the Arrival Gate, and proceed to the left-hand side of the terminal. There will be a counter before you. For customers using Arrival Gates 4–5 (JAL side): Leave the Arrival Gate, and proceed to the right-hand side of the terminal. When you come to a dead-end, proceed to the right-hand side of the outside passage (about 90 meters), and once you have entered back into the terminal, there will be a counter to your right. A free shuttle bus runs between the airport terminal and our shop.

For customers using domestic flights

For customers using Arrival Gates 1–3 (ANA side):

Leave the Arrival Gate, and proceed to the right-hand side of the terminal.
When you come to a dead-end, proceed to the right-hand side of the outside passage (about 90 meters), and once you have entered back into the terminal, there will be a counter to your right.

A free shuttle bus runs between the airport terminal and our shop.

For customers using international flights
Reception is at the airport counter in the center of 1F. Leave the Arrival Gate, proceed to the left, and go to 1F via the escalator to the left of the end of the passage. If you go toward the center, the airport counter is to the right.

Return Information

After you return the car at our shop, our shuttle will bring you to the airport free of charge. (About 9 min.)
