TOYOTA Rent a Car enhances support services in *multiple languages to ensure comfortable and secure use for customers from overseas. We are available 24 hours each day to deal with inquiries and problems you may have during your rental, and details of our various services are explained on the following websites in each language.
For your comfortable drive, please check them out before your departure or during your rental.

We have significantly expanded our support services for customers from overseas so that they can use TOYOTA Rent a Car comfortably and in a reassured manner to a greater extent.
We have established a dedicated, multilingual call center that is available 24 hours each day. In addition, we have introduced various tools that make in-store rentals smoother and new video tools that provide guidance on safe driving in Japan.
This makes it possible to provide meticulous support from the time when you make your reservation until the time of your use, thereby ensuring an environment for reassured use.
With this expansion of the services, we will revise from December 16 the rental car basic prices and Tokyo prices for customers from overseas.
We will continue working hard to improve our services and ensure customer satisfaction, so we would like to ask for your understanding.

Starting from October 7, 2025, the winter tire option fee will be standardized nationwide.
<Rates by vehicle class>
Passenger cars : JPY 2,200 (JPY 2,000 before tax) up to 24 hours
Wagons / SUVs: JPY 3,300 (JPY 3,000 before tax) up to 24 hours
*In regions where winter tires are standard equipment during designated periods, separate seasonal rates will apply.
Reservations will be accepted starting October 7th.
